GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

These terms and conditions apply exclusively between Sposamore and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.sposamore.com(hereinafter “Customer”). These General Terms and Conditions may be subject to change, which will be effective upon their online publication.

These general conditions govern purchases made on www.sposamore.com, in accordance with Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, Consumer Code, Section II of Chapter I of Title Three of Part Three, to which reference is made as provided in Art. 60 of the Consumer Code.

1. – Subject matter

By these General Conditions of Sale, SPOSAMORE sells and the Customer purchases at a distance the products indicated and offered for sale on www.sposamore.com. The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, by means of the Customer’s access to the address www.sposamore.com and the realization of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

2. – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

1. The sale will be considered concluded with the sending by SPOSAMORE to the Customer of an e-mail confirming the order with accepted payment. The e-mail contains the Customer’s and order details, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping charges, and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and promptly report any corrections.

2. SPOSAMORE strives to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best way possible. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences shown on the site and the actual product may show up. In addition, the product photographs presented on www.sposamore.com do not constitute a contractual element, as they are representative only.

3. SPOSAMORE undertakes to deliver the goods within 40 days starting from the day following the day of order confirmation by the Customer including payment

4. Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time it is made take place on special secure lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits.

3. – Prices

1. All sales prices of products displayed and indicated on www.sposasamore.com are in Euros and Dollars and include VAT.

2. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made.

3. The Customer accepts the right of SPOSAMORE to change its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order and confirmed in the e-mail sent by SPOSAMORE as confirmation of the acquisition of the order.

4. – Methods of delivery.

1. Products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order in 40 working days (approximate time)

5. – Responsibilities

1. SPOSAMORE assumes no liability for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure or fortuitous events, even where dependent on malfunctions and failures of the Internet network, in the event that it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.

2. The availability of each item is for reference only, is not contractual in nature, and no liability can be attributed to the seller in case of unavailability of one or more products.

6. – Site access.

The Customer has the right to access the site for browsing and making purchases. No other use, particularly commercial, of the site or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether aural or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of SPOSAMORE and are protected by intellectual property law.

7. – Cookies

The website www.sposamore.com uses “” cookies “”. Cookies are electronic files that record information related to the Customer’s navigation on the site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation …) and that allow SPOSAMORE to offer an increasingly personalized service to its customers.

8. – Integrity

These Terms and Conditions consist of the entirety of the clauses that make up these Terms and Conditions. If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or declared invalid under the law, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian law.
